How does Cash on Delivery (COD) work across Bangladesh?
We ship nationwide via Steadfast and Sundarban Courier with Cash on Delivery. You can inspect the package condition upon arrival and pay the delivery rider directly. For high-value complete bicycles or custom frame builds, a small booking advance is taken to confirm the order.
Are all components and bikes 100% genuine?
Every single fork, frame, hubset, brake, and complete bike comes directly from authorized distributor channels. Each item includes official serial numbers and distributor warranty documentation.
How long does delivery take?
Within Dhaka and Chattogram city, delivery takes 24 to 48 hours. For all other 64 districts across Bangladesh, nationwide courier delivery takes approximately 48 to 72 hours.
